🔒 Why is €5 charged?
Every time you save a new card, we need to check that it's valid and that it belongs to you. To do this, a small amount of €5 is charged when the card is saved.
👛 Where does the €5 go?
It is credited to your eDOG wallet. It's still yours, and you can use it for your next rides or to buy a pack.
🛵 How is it used?
On your next payment, your wallet balance (and your bonuses) is used first, before your payment card:
If your ride costs less than €5, your wallet pays for all of it and nothing is charged to your card.
If your ride costs more than €5, the €5 is deducted and only the difference is charged to your card.
If you buy a pack, the €5 in your wallet is also used first: only the difference is charged to your card.
In the end, you never pay a cent more than the price of your rides or your pack ✅
