Your friend doesn't have an eDOG account, or you simply want to ride together on two scooters? With the double ride, you start a second scooter from your own account: you ride together and everything is paid in one place 🐾
1️⃣ Start your ride as usual 🛵
Pick your scooter on the map and start your ride as you normally would, with Démarre ton DOG.
2️⃣ The + RIDE button appears ⚡
Once your ride has started, a + RIDE button shows up at the bottom left of the screen. That's the one that lets you add a second scooter.
3️⃣ Tap + RIDE and pick the second scooter 🐶
The Add a ride screen opens: "Ride together and pay from a single account". Select the second scooter on the map and start it with Démarre ton DOG. Both rides then run at the same time on your account.
⚠️ The second rider is your responsibility
The second scooter runs on your account. You stay responsible for whoever rides it: they must hold the licence or permit required, wear a helmet and follow the road rules.
The rides, and any damage, fines or fees linked to that second scooter, are charged to you.
4️⃣ End the rides in the right order 🔚
This is the most important part, so you don't get stuck:
End the second ride first (the one you added).
Then end your main ride.
For each scooter: park in an authorised area, put the helmet back in the top case, close it properly, then take the end-of-ride photo 📸
