If you are here, it is because the TopCase of the scooter you have â or wanted to use â is missing one or more helmets. No big deal, but how do you let us know?
1) Select the scooter in question on the MAP đ”.
2) Tap the small mechanical key in the middle of the screen (see photo below).
3) Then tick the box "Missing M helmet" or "Missing L helmet" â or both if there is no helmet at all in the TopCase (see photo below).
4) If you have anything specific to add, there is a comment box (see photo below). Now tap "Continue", and that's it đ„°
