/ Pricing:
While riding: €0.29 per minute. On pause: also €0.29 per minute. 😉 It's cheaper if you buy a pack!
/ Parking:
Authorised spots are motorcycle bays and free-floating bays. NOT PAVEMENTS.
/ The end-of-ride photo:
The end-of-ride photo lets you show where you parked and the condition of the scooter. It is very important to take it properly, with the whole scooter visible in the frame.
/ Switching your scooter off:
When you switch your scooter off, stay in front of it until you see it shut down completely. Otherwise you risk having it stolen.
/ Pausing your ride:
You can pause anywhere you like, as long as you park properly. However, to end your ride you must be inside the green zone.
/ Helmets:
There are 2 helmets in every scooter, one L and one M. Put them back in the Top Case at the end of your ride so you don't get charged €50.
/ Report damage before taking the scooter:
A scooter may already have some damage when you pick it up. So you are not held responsible, report it using the small wrench icon shown directly on the app screen 😉
